In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Defined terms appear in bold on first use throughout this document.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Indo6d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at https://indo6d.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version provided for reference, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (individual), not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. Indo6d operates a strict 21+ policy. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process. If indo6d reasonably suspects that a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended pending verification and all pending withdrawals will be withheld.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Clause 1 or as updated by indo6d from time to time.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of indo6d or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by indo6d for any breach of these Terms.

Indo6d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until eligibility is confirmed.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (Indonesian KTP or passport).
• A valid and active email address to which you have sole access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Your date of birth.
• Your preferred withdrawal bank account or e-wallet details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Changes to your registered name, bank account, or identity document require KYC re-verification and must be requested through the customer support channel. Indo6d reserves the right to suspend an Account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

Indo6d reserves the right to close, suspend, or place withdrawal restrictions on any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Indo6d does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred by a Player's bank or payment provider are solely the Player's responsibility.

Deposits: Indo6d accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability and KYC completion. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (WIB, UTC+7) are typically completed within three minutes. Requests submitted outside standard hours may take up to 30 minutes. Indo6d does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Indo6d reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents provided are insufficient.
• There is an active bonus wagering requirement attached to funds in the Account.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• A chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal has been initiated by the Player or their payment provider in relation to any prior deposit.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their nominated bank account or e-wallet is active, correctly registered in their own name, and capable of receiving the withdrawal amount. Indo6d shall not be liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the Player.

Indo6d offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day promotions). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all indo6d promotional offers:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by product: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting wagers contribute based on minimum odds thresholds specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have a stated validity period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited automatically.
• Indo6d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active bonus offers already claimed and in progress will be honored under the terms at the time of claim.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash at any stage prior to completion of the applicable wagering requirement.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each product category — sports betting (including bandar bola — online football betting markets, mix parlay accumulator bets, and Asian handicap voor bola markets), live casino, togel numbers lottery pools, slots, and esports markets. Product-specific rules are accessible from within each game or betting market on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Indo6d does not accept bet cancellation requests except where a manifest pricing error has occurred (see below).
• Indo6d reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were materially incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure. Affected Players will be notified and their stake returned to their Account Balance.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the Platform's live odds feed. Indo6d is not responsible for bets placed during a temporary data feed delay. Bets accepted during a confirmed feed interruption may be voided at indo6d's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted for individual Accounts based on betting history and risk assessment.
• Togel draw results are determined by the relevant official number pool operators (Singapore Pools, New South Wales Lotteries, and local Nusantara pool operators). Indo6d's recorded result is final for payout purposes.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to a Player's Account Balance within five minutes of the relevant event's official result confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, with referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from known errors must be reported to support and will be voided if not reported.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward indo6d staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the indo6d brand name, logo, visual design, interface layout, graphics, text, software code, game content licensed from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe), and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of indo6d or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from indo6d.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design.
• Using indo6d's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without explicit written authorization.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the Platform by any means.

Any unauthorized use of indo6d's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address provided in Clause 14.

Indo6d collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://indo6d.cam/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices relevant to your use of the Platform include:

• KYC documentation (KTP, passport, bank account details) is collected and retained for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Transaction records, betting history, and Account activity logs are retained for a minimum of five years in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, and session data are collected to detect fraud, enforce geographic restrictions, and improve Platform performance.
• Indo6d does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game audit laboratories) solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by indo6d, subject to our legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted in writing to the contact address in Clause 14.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, indo6d, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — even if indo6d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indo6d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits indo6d's liability for death or personal injury caused by indo6d's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Indo6d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, changes to the Services or Platform features, updates to payment methods or processing procedures, corrections of errors or ambiguities in the existing text, or any other reason that indo6d deems appropriate in its reasonable business judgment.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantively affects Player rights or obligations — indo6d will provide not less than seven days' prior notice by sending an email notification to the address registered on each active Account, and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for the duration of the notice period.

Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, and updates to defined terms for consistency) may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon posting. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators, as determined by indo6d's jurisdiction of licensing and regulation.

Indo6d operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online betting platform. All games are independently audited for fairness and all financial operations comply with the anti-money-laundering and Know Your Customer standards applicable to licensed operators in indo6d's regulatory jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and indo6d regarding any aspect of the Platform, Services, or these Terms, the following escalation process applies:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact indo6d's customer support team via live chat or email (see Clause 14). The majority of disputes are resolved at this level within 48 hours of first contact.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution process does not resolve your dispute to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected], marked clearly as "Formal Complaint." Indo6d will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — Independent Review: If the formal complaint process is exhausted without satisfactory resolution, either party may refer the dispute to independent review through indo6d's regulatory body in accordance with that body's published dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief through a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of the dispute resolution process.
